At Mike’s Plant Place, we aim to deliver your plants safely and promptly. Please review the following details about our shipping process.

Shipping Timeframe
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of receiving your order. Once shipped, the delivery time will depend on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and the size of your order. You will be able to review the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase at checkout.

Weather-Related Shipping Delays
Due to the nature of our products, we take extra care when shipping plants. During extreme weather conditions (such as heatwaves or freezing temperatures), shipments may be delayed to prevent damage to the plants. If your order is delayed due to weather, we will notify you and provide an estimated shipping date once the weather improves. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Packaging
We use safe and secure packaging designed to protect your plants during transit. However, please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, please take photos of the packaging and plants and contact us right away.

Shipping to PO Boxes or Military Addresses
At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are exploring this option for the future.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. If you experience any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that your plants are properly taken care of.
