Return Policy

At Mike's Plant Place, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must either be damaged or incorrect. We ask that you take clear photos of both the packaging and the product to be returned for documentation purposes. These photos will help us process your return more efficiently.

How to Start a Return

  • The reason for your return
  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging

Once we receive your return request and review your photos, we will let you know if your return is approved.

Replacement or Refund
If your return is accepted, you may choose between a replacement product or a full refund.

Weather-Related Damages
Please note that if the product is damaged due to weather conditions (e.g., frost, heat damage), the return will be processed when more favorable shipping weather returns. In such cases, we will provide you with an estimated return processing date based on weather conditions.

Gift Cards
Please note that gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned under any circumstances.
